Abstract: | Pedagogical training for teaching in higher education is often treated as a role for graduate programs stricto sensu and also as a factor constantly neglected by these courses to the detriment of research activity. In view of this scenario, the objective of this work was to understand how the process of training for teaching in higher education in the post-graduate programs in administration is given. Through the qualitative research, focus groups were held in two federal universities that have in their scope Post-graduate Programs in Administration that simultaneously offer Master's and Doctoral degrees in administration, consolidated and recognized by CAPES. 27 postgraduate students participated in the study. The technique of data analysis was content analysis. As part of the results, it can be concluded that the postgraduate programs in administration studied are precarious environments with regard to training for teaching and that the training processes do not include pedagogical training, making the experience with teaching , a precarious experience. |
