Abstract: | This study sought to theoretically discuss what scientific knowledge in management is and what sustains them. It is noticed that the body of knowledge that constitutes administrative science is a socially constructed product because empirical observations are inevitably mediated by theoretical insights, and knowledge of the organizations formed primarily by the subjective view of the world which data are perceived. What is proposed then is that one realizes that it is possible to understand the importance of the scientific development of knowledge that go beyond the normal so far produced by science, fostering a revolutionary science. In this science, there is a natural exposure to continuous review and reassessment of the theories that make up the hegemonic scientific knowledge and, in the case of organizations, previously populated by visions, sometimes radically conservative, sometimes radically relativistic, that throughout the historical development of science do dualistically in administration have been combatants in the same environment of struggle, which are the organizations and its multifaceted dimensions. What is more important in the initial question, then, is not what is knowledge in administration, but in how it is practiced and how objectivity is pursued in your inside. |
