| metadata.ojs.dc.description.resumo: | Em uma conjuntura globalizada, os agricultores familiares viram-se obrigados a procurar novas fontes de renda que não dependessem somente do setor primário. Com isso, a agregação de valor dentro de seus domicílios ganhou espaço por consistir em uma atividade rentável, descentralizada e de baixos investimentos, sendo capaz de abrigar a mão-de-obra familiar com o auxílio da força de trabalho externa à unidade, em períodos de produção. Objetivou-se, neste artigo, estudar a representatividade e importância das agroindústrias familiares de cachaça, dentro da perspectiva territorial, além de analisar se estes empreendimentos são viáveis para a realidade da agricultura familiar e de que forma elas contribuem para o desenvolvimento territorial rural. Mostrar-se-á o potencial de pequenos empreendimentos rurais em ofertar produtos de qualidade, respeitando o meio ambiente, com geração e distribuição de renda, nas mais diferentes realidades e territórios. |
| metadata.ojs.dc.description.abstract: | In a globalization scenario, agricultural families saw themselves compelled to searching new income sources which did not depend only on the primary section. Therefore, value aggregation within their domiciles got space, once they consist in profitable activities, decentralized and at low cost investment; being able to cover all the family labor together with external workforce in productive periods. This article aims to study the representation and the importance of the “cachaça” family agroindustry in territorial perspective, besides analyzing whether those enterprises are practicable in the agricultural families reality and in what ways they would contribute for the rural territorial development. It will show the potential for the small rural enterprises in offering quality products, respecting the environment, generating and distributing income in the most different realities and territories. |
