Resumo: The research focuses on the theme of Responsible Innovation in the context of smart mobility, exploring three specific projects developed in partnership with the EMBRAPII hub located at the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais and private companies. These projects include the Smart Scheduler, Smart Traffic Light, and an Intelligent Time and Attendance System. By emphasizing the dimensions of Responsible Innovation – anticipation, reflexivity, inclusion, and responsiveness – the study seeks to understand whether these principles are applied in the projects. Collaboration among the actors involved in the projects is also examined, resulting in the analysis of an innovation ecosystem, highlighting the shared development of innovative solutions. The adopted methodological approach in this research is qualitative, employing a combination of semi-structured interviews, documentary analysis, and questionnaires administered through Google Forms. To guide data collection and analysis, the Eisenhardt method was chosen, recognized for its application in qualitative research in social sciences, particularly in case studies. The results reveal that the Smart Scheduler aimed to optimize the coordination of trucks in various activities but faced commercial and market challenges that hindered its commercialization. The second project, Smart Traffic Light, aimed to improve urban mobility, emphasizing the importance of partnerships for its implementation. The third project, Intelligent Time and Attendance System, focused on managing timekeeping in remote environments, concluding successfully and highlighting the strategic collaboration between companies and educational institutions. Collaboration with EMBRAPII was also emphasizedas an element for innovative development.
