Abstract: The research characterized and analyzed the livestock properties in the Cerrado biome, highlighting significant impacts in various areas. Socially, it promoted awareness of climate change and the importance of sustainable practices. Technologically, it encouraged the adoption of modern pasture management practices, such as liming based on soil analysis and the use of measurement equipment, contributing to pasture sustainability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The work has a strong extensionist character, providing a direct impact on society outside UFLA, promoting more efficient and sustainable pasture management practices. Economically, it highlighted the need for access to specific credit lines, such as the ABC Plan, to enable sustainable practices and management intensification, promoting productive efficiency and economic resilience of the properties. The research demonstrated that liming and fertilization are essential practices for the longevity of pastures and the sustainability of the production system, preventing soil degradation and ensuring the economic and environmental viability of livestock production. Environmentally, the adoption of integrated production systems and pasture intensification contributes to soil carbon sequestration, mitigating the impacts of climate change and promoting environmental sustainability. Additionally, these practices are crucial for increasing the resilience of properties to extreme climatic conditions. The research promoted the importance of continuous technical training and capacity building for ranchers and their teams, highlighting that workforce qualification is essential for improving property management and outcomes. Technical assistance was identified as a crucial factor for the success of sustainable management practices, and the research highlighted the need for regular and specialized technical assistance to guide ranchers. The impacts of the work are classified in the thematic areas of environment, technology and production, and education, promoting sustainable practices and adaptation to climate change. Aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 15 (Life on Land), the research contributes to a more resilient, ecologically correct, socially just, and economically viable livestock production. Through knowledge, specialized technical assistance, and the adoption of adaptive practices in pasture management, the research emphasizes the importance of sustainable management strategies to mitigate the impacts of climate change and ensure the sustainability of livestock properties in the Cerrado biome.
