Abstract: | This article seeks to reflect on the relationships between the reference matrices used in the National Literacy Assessment (ANA) and the learning rights in Portuguese language of students in the Initial Literacy Cycle, in order to problematize the relationships established between them. Both ANA and learning rights were consolidated on the national scene as guiding principles of the National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age (Pnaic). For that, a qualitative research was developed, of documentary analysis, with emphasis on descriptive and reflective aspects of official documents related to the guiding axes of the Pnaic. The study showed an alignment between the learning rights defined in the Pnaiccontinuing education axis and the evaluation policies proposed by the federal government. |
