Abstract: | t is purposed the analysis of covers and news from Jornal Super Notícia to comprehend the interdiscursive relation between the sensationalist discourse and the violent discourse through linguistics-discursive strategies. The above-mentioned newspaper is known by deal with subjects like death, sex and violence recurring and in an exaggerated way. The violence is approached in all newspapers, more or less steeply depending on the newspaper. Whereas the sensationalist discourse, which is also present in all newspapers, is placed as a promising object of research, considering that there are not many works about this topic. Therefore, it is selected covers and news from the newspaper in two months, aiming to analyzes the features of every type of sensationalist and violence. For this purpose, it is assumed the studies of Dominique Maingueneau about Discourse Analysis, just as Agrimani (1995), Dias (2003) and Amaral (2006) to support the present work. It is recognized that, the analyzed discourses are constituents of the journalistic discourse and can lead their readers to consume and spreadthis discourse easily. |
