Abstract: This text refers to an experience report developed in the first phase of the Pedagogical Residency Program at a federal university in Minas Gerais. Initially, the issue of textual genre was discussed. Then, the guidelines of the program in perspective and the particularities of the nucleus in which the pedagogical work was developed were explained. Afterwards, the three epistemological axes of activities were discussed. In the subsequent section, the pedagogical actions and their consequences are described, so that, in the next section, it will be possible to analyze and establish some inferences in relation to the pedagogical work carried out. The results indicated (auspiciously) a training process intelligible to the participants, especially when collated to the reality of Physical Education developed in the school environment.
