Abstract: | Women’s careers, since the mid-1970s, have represented a rising theme. The objective of this study is to map which careers developed by women have been less addressed by studies in Administration, in order to identify the contexts of performance that received little attention from researchers. A systematic review was carried out analyzing articles from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The main contribution is to differentiate the careers that already have a robust theoretical body from those that are marginalized by studies in Administration. As our major contribution, we present recommendations for future studies to better understand the development of such careers. |
