Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to understand how the alternation pedagogy was registered as a social innovation in rural education in the state of Rondônia, analyzing its limits and potential for the development of public policies. For this, the conceptual and methodological bases that guided the analysis were delimited from three focuses, namely, the alternation pedagogy as the educational action originating in the field; the conducting dimensions of social innovation in its relational and practical characteristics and the actornetwork theory as a relational analytical resource. Next, the translations of alternation pedagogy are analyzed to understand the process of social innovation and its implications for rural education in Rondônia and its public policies. |
