O perfil do empreendedor social em uma organização não-governamental: um estudo de caso na Comunidade Eterna Misericórdia

Abstract

The present research seeks to answer the following problematic: What are the entrepreneurial characteristics of the founder of the Eternal Mercy Community that influence the success of the organization? In this perspective, this article aimed to analyze the entrepreneurial characteristics of a manager of an NGO, considering two specific questions: to identify the entrepreneurial characteristics of the founder of the organization studied and to describe the actions developed by the organization to confer entrepreneurial characteristics. The research is qualitative and descriptive. For the data collection, an interview script was drawn up, which was recorded, transcribed and analyzed through content analysis. Finally, as a result it is possible to conclude that the interviewee has behavioral characteristics of social entrepreneurs.
