Abstract: Entrepreneurship, understood here as the result of the entrepreneurial initiative, driven by the recognition of the opportunity to drift into a lucrative business, has become a mass phenomenon spreading through the Management Culture idealization that the entrepreneur is a successful individualand therefore, their behavior is a standard being followed. Assuming that this guy becomes a symbolic figure of inspiration the question that propelled the reflections of this essay is how the cult of the entrepreneur influences the behavior of individuals? Thus, if objective with this article instigate reflections on entrepreneurship discussing how people internalize the concept of "entrepreneur" and how this will contribute to the internalization to occur the kidnapping of his subjectivity in organizations.
