Abstract: | The environmental conditions inside the nursery facilities for piglets are of great importance for productive success, this phase has a direct influence on the development of the animals in the subsequent stages. Aiming at this, the objective analyze the thermal environment inside two nursery with different constructive typologies. The study was in the factory of a trade fair, located in the municipality of Lavras-MG. The experiment was carried out in two nurseries with different contractual typologies for weaning piglets, developed during the winter period with 30 days of confinement. The temperature data of the globe temperature data were collected automatically by the datallogers, were calculated based on the following indices: black globe temperature and humidity index (BGHI); Temperature and Humidity Index (THI) and Enthalpy (H). However, the following values are recommended, resistant tokeeping the animals within the zone of thermal comfort, in order to avoid the development of animals. |
