| Abstract: | This article aims at analyse, in a critical view, the arguments presented by Manoel Gonçalves Ferreira Filho in his book “A democracia possível”, in which he justifies the basis of the authoritarian govern after 1964 and draws the model of a paradoxal authoritarian democracy. To reach this goal, at first it presents a synthesis of the book. After, it seeks to formulate critics to each point approached. Finally, it asserts the democratic impossibility of a possible democracy and the necessity of a radical democracy constructed here and now. Keywords: Law, Politics, Democracy, Authoritarianism. |
