Abstract: This article is a case study performed in a center of technological innovation in a federal university. The objective of this study was to investigate the center of innovation works the service and relationship marketing with universities researchers. It was investigated the role marketing for the coordination of registration process and protection on products developed by researchers seeking to promote innovation. There were done 12 interviewed and 1 visit on the center. Findings showed that the relationship between partners is in short term, but largely satisfactory.
