| Abstract: | This article aims to show the importance and operational accountability for Social Organizations (OS's), considering that this process appears to be more complex OS's than forprofit companies, as the focus of those is the social aspect and not financial profit as these. This theoretical paper suggested a three-tiered accountability that considers dimensions: social effectiveness (the ability to achieve social goals), institutional (compliance with laws and self-imposed) and to assess the economic-financial performance measurement and the time to perform the sustainability of the activity. |
