Abstract: | The critical velocity defined as to more high intensity of exercise that theoretically can be maintained by a long time witho ut exhaustion, it’s a aerobic parameter that has been shown sensible to the of endurance training ,this determination involves low-cost and not invasive procedures, that easily can be applied in tests of field. The expression biological rhythm refers to the changes cyclical that are repeated regularly in a given break of time and this related it give support to the physiological trials. The circadian rhythms are phenomenal generated in 24 hours periods of and the control of the circadian rhythms in the mammals is located in the anterior hypothalamus. The aim of the study was verify possible you influence of the circadian cycle about parameters of training. The sample was composed for 8 men, adult, 69.23 ± 7.65 Kg, 175.5 ± 3.15 cm and body fat 16.95 ± 1.67%. The volunteers performed of random three tests (1500, 3000 and 5000m), in the less time possible in three moments of day (morning, afternoon and night), way in 400 meters a trail of athletics of, floor of gravel, with the aim critical velocity identify, from the reason of the difference of the space by the difference of time and t wo distances. They were evaluated also the VO2máx predicted and identification of the higher heart rate in the test. There were not statistically significant differences on the influence of the circadian cycle in the studied variables. It is believed that the performance tests used may have more to do with the habits of volunteers. |
