Proteína ideal para frangos de corte e poedeiras: revisão

Abstract

The ideal protein concept has been used in feed formulations after several studies showed that the supply of crude protein in the diet was causing damage to animal performance. This was a time to remove the excess amino acids needed an additional expenditure of energy. With the industrial production of amino acids on a large scale allowed for greater use of the ideal protein concept and consequently reduce the cost and nitrogen excretion. So with this review we discuss results of research using the concept of ideal protein in poultry and factors that may interfere with the relationship of amino acids of broilers and layers.
