Abstract: | This paper analyzes the role of family farming cooperatives in Minas Gerais regarding access to public institutional markets. For this, was used participant observation as a social research technique that took place during the meetings of the Social Construction of Markets Thematic Group, linked to the State Council for Sustainable Rural Development (CEDRAF). At the same time, an exploratory study was developing of the legislation pertinent to the access of these enterprises to public institutional markets. Grounded on the content analysis for data analysis, the main results point to a classification of the group's priorities for market access, namely: cooperativist and associativist legislation, tax legislation, sanitary habilitation and social security legislation. |
