| metadata.teses.dc.description.resumo: | Este Relatório Final Circunstanciado descreve a metodologia e os resultados obtidos na pesquisa “O Sistema de Proteção às Pessoas Ameaçadas de Morte no Brasil”, a partir do seu produto final, um vídeo-documentário contendo entrevistas com pessoas envolvidas na construção e funcionamento do Sistema de Proteção. A sua sistematização e o seu funcionamento são o objeto desta pesquisa, sendo descritos tanto no vídeo-documentário, como neste Relatório Final Circunstanciado. Por se tratar de uma metodologia inovadora na pesquisa jurídica, este relatório debruça-se na explicação da opção metodológica que fundamentou o presente trabalho e a escolha do vídeo-documentário seu como produto final. |
| metadata.teses.dc.description.abstract: | This Final Report describes the methodology and results obtained in the research "The Brazilian Legal System of Protection of People in Death Threat", from its final product: a video documentary containing interviews with people involved in the construction and operation of the System of Protection. Its systematization and functioning is the object of this research, being described both in the video documentary, as in this Final Report. Considering this as an innovative methodology in academic research of Law Science, this report focuses on the explanation of the methodological option that based the present work and the choice of the video-documentary as its final product. |
