Abstract: | This paper seeks to outline a research process from thought ricoeuriano. The hermeneutics developed by Ricoeur is configured through understanding. His reflection is an ongoing effort to involve the various dimensions of human beings in their entirety, without ever losing sight of the concrete perspective, i.e., it cannot be held alongside its historical and cultural conditions. Ricoeur's ideas as well, to understand the 'practice' organizational, become a starting point for the relevant methodological studies in Business Administration. Based on his arguments appeared the following questions: how ideas ricoeurianas can contribute to a design of an organizational narrative? As an interpretation of organizational practice can be built from the construction of text through the mimetic process proposed by Ricoeur? As usual techniques of data collection can be structured in the continuous analysis ricoeuriana? For this, the article was developed in three stages. The first time discussed how you can build a methodological design through the ideas of Ricoeur. The second sought to show a possibility of interpretation based on the design and built the third time sought to show how the collection and analysis can be conducted in the research process. This process resulted in a proposal of research design, but more than that provoked the possibility to consider more carefully the hermeneutics and, above all, the hermeneutics of Ricoeur, making the text and its construction, a process of instrumentalization of organizational narratives. |
