Gestão social de uma organização do terceiro setor: o caso da Casa da Criança e do Adolescente Betinho-CCAB

Abstract

This dissertation discuss the manegement of physical resources and material humans financiers resources and the interference ofexternai resources front the rendered services ofthe child's house (Foster home) and the adolescent Betinho. CCAB is an organization ofthe third sector qualified as a charitable. ONG that promotes activities obeying the mission ofthe defmed institution as the search for the human being integral development. It is located in a slum in the Jaqueline suburb, which is part ofButantã Administrative Region (RAB) in the city of São Paulo. The methodology of this research work was based on a qualitative study. The sampling was randon and as method ofcollection it was used interviews, documental analysis and the observation non-participant. It was observed that the grade ofexclusion ofthe comunity defines it's condition ofa slum. The lack of participation of it's residents in the struggle to change it's reality, the struggle for power to lead with games ofvanity, the donations as the most effective way to get material resources, the motivation of the ones who volunteer, considered the strong points ofthe organization, the lack ofability of the team, the use of action thecniques, marketing and partnership to raise financial resources and the absence ofsupport of the public power. In this way, it was concluded that in spite ofgetting minimal resources and with the lack of public power support, the staffin charge of the Foster home and the Adolescent Betinho is trying to develop a participative administration directed to create a place that provides satisfactory quality and quantity ofservices to be given to the social agents ofright, victms ofan excludent econômica! system.
