Resumo: | Faced with the perception that educational public policies, especially those that guide teaching work, have suffered over the last few years a strong influence of market logic. We feel the need to investigate which determinant factors have led male and female professors to processes that lead to a lack of meaning, whether due to the low appreciation or constant accountability of such professionals, shifting the responsibility from the State to the subject, also checking if there would be any way out that would allow teaching work a free and creative practice. Therefore, we seek to investigate authors who already address the question of how neoliberal rationality has directly interfered in the formation of individual and collective conduct. Still, with the intention of deepening these aspects, we dialogue with the proposal of a tragic philosophy, realizing that in the face of resentment and nihilism, teachers can seek an affirmative valuation of the subject, leading their conduct from the ethical and aesthetic path of self care . To enable the discussions proposed in this research work, we used bibliographical studies of authors who in depth addressed such issues in their studies. In addition to classics of the philosophical tradition and their commentators. In the face of the proposed dialogues between the chosen authors, it was noticed that, in fact, the neoliberal rationality has caused an illness of the teaching staff, leading them to a hopelessness, however, also as a partial conclusive indication, we understand that there is an alternative that can lead the teaching work to an affirmation of potentiality, anchored mainly in the ethical and aesthetic experience of constructing the subject, rejecting this marketing logic, which is not a priori given, and basing the construction of the subject from experiences that expand its possibilities, mainly the counter conduct . |
