Resumo: In this research has as objective to map the training process of educators in the LavrasMG municipality from the context of the 145th south Minas Gerais Forum of Childhood Education, whose theme was “Art in the Reference Curriculum of Minas Gerais: transforming realities into possibilities”. The work is justified by the importance of problematizing the continuing education of educators, as well as the artistic experiences developed with teachers, monitors and children in Childhood Education. We immerse ourselves in the imaginary enchantments, with the intention of bringing to the surface, “existing things” and that are not always valued for everyone's appreciation, so we chose to map this process: children's artistic productions, speech of educators and using a semi-structured interview, in addition to the Document Analysis of the material that constitutes the Minas Gerais Forum of Childhood Education. The empirical material collected will be subsequently analyzed, together with the documents guiding the actions, aiming mainly problematize and highlight how the entire production process and continuing education of these professionals took place.
