Metabolizabilidade de rações contendo glicerinas para frangos de corte

Abstract

Three experiments were conducted to verify the influence of the glycerin in the metabolization of dry matter, crude protein, crude energy rations during periods of 08-21 days (experiment I), 22 to 35 days of age (experiment II) and 33 at 42 days old (experiment III). In three experiments tested the inclusion of crude soy glycerins, semi-crude mixed and purified in four levels (17.5, 35.0, 52.5 and 70.0 g / kg) and compared to a control without inclusion of glycerin. The metabolization coefficient of dry matter was similar (P> 0.05) between chicken fed diets containing glycerins and the chickens fed the control diet in experiment I and II, and III in the experiment with the inclusion of 35.0 and 52.5 g / kg of crude soy glycerins and semi-purified. The metabolization coefficient of crude protein with glycerin treatments did not differ (P> 0.05) in the control phases. The AMEn was similar among treatments containing glycerins for experiments I and II. In experiment III, except for the inclusion of 17.5 g / kg of semi-purified glycerin not differ from control other levels of inclusion of the three glycerins resulted in higher AMEn control. We conclude that there is no deterioration in the metabolization of diets containing three sources glycerins evaluated and assessed three periods of creation, and may include 70g of glycerins / kg diet.
