dc.description.abstract	The article presents a theoretical reference discussion that based a research which analyzed the configuration of the brazilian scientific field of educational evaluation during the 1980s. The theoretical reference was constructed from literature review in the productions of the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu and the discussion around his concept of field, scientific and intellectual field. The synthesis emphasizes how the notion of field elaborated by the author can help our reflection on the historicity of the field of educational evaluation in Brazil, presenting elements that consider the agents that are part of this field, the specific interests that demarcate the field and the conflicts arising from its maintenance or transformation.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O artigo apresenta discussão teórica de referencial que fundamentou pesquisa cujo objetivo foi analisar a configuração do campo científico brasileiro da avaliação educacional durante a década de 1980. O quadro teórico foi construído a partir de revisão de literatura nas produções do sociólogo francês Pierre Bourdieu e sua discussão em torno de seu conceito de campo, campo científico e intelectual. A síntese realizada enfatiza como a noção de campo elaborada pelo autor pode auxiliar nossa reflexão em torno da historicidade do campo da avaliação educacional no Brasil, apresentando elementos que consideram os agentes que fazem parte desse campo, os interesses específicos que demarcam o campo e os conflitos decorrentes da manutenção ou transformação desse campo.	pt_BR
