dc.description.resumoThe aim of this research was study the sense attributed to "nets" as strategy for the learning in the organizations, emphasizing an epistemic community of technician-scientific cooperation with headquarters in the city of Salvador, Bahia. It was possible identifying the interest on the learning process in organizations, but throughout the research was observed the incomplete introduction of models and theories proceeding from differents areas, such the psychological science. This use have being done with little deepening of the concepts, or exclusively emphasizing the cognitives aspects of learning. Under another point of view, this study used alternatives theories associating social and historical dimensions to the individual process of Learning. The task received different contributions of theories proceeding from psychology field relating them to the organizacional context. With intention to enrich this approach, references of studies on organizacional nets that emphasize the notion of learning with focus in Epistemic Communities was used too. In this thesis, an option was chosen emphasizing the conception of learning under the perspective of social-historical theory. The epistemologic conception was based on the constructionism, whose approach prioritizes the inquiry of sense production in daily of historically situated people, being this process constituted of language. At the field research, initially was carried through an elementary study in one technician-scientific net established as a formal cooperation arrangement in the state of Minas Gerais. In the sequence, another bigger and more apropriated net was identified as a "focus" for the research, the Instituto Baiano de Biotecnologia, located in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The activities of the Institute can be characterized as regional, given the participation of approximately 25 institutions in 13 different cities. Among the objectives of this net, it was legalized the learning and the knowledge development between the members, characterizing an epistemic community desired for the study. The metodological strategy involved the combination of methods, with initial focus in a primary stage of sociometrical analysis, and, in the sequence, a deepened qualitative stage. It had been used the documentary analysis of public and private material, and the analysis of communication done betwen the members in the period of 2003 the 2007. Such communication was carried through a opinion list about biotechnology in Bahia. The results indicate an alternative way of understanding the sense given by members to the net as strategy for learning, characterized through the concepts of transdiscoursivity and deconfiguration, both originary of this research. From the discoursive practical, the elements implied in the study had been associated to three linguistic disposals: Learning associated with "verb"; Net associated to "Self" and "Substantive"; and Researcher associated to "Adjective". Still under the conceptual perspective, it was used the mythical text "Odyssey" of Homero, especially the concep of "Tecido de Penélope" (expression present in the literary composition and used by one of the interviewed). Using such concept as a metaphor, it was traced a parallel between the myth and the learning in net, which continuously reconstructs itself through a net of transdiscoursives senses.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO principal objetivo desta pesquisa foi o de estudar os sentidos atribuídos às redes como estratégia para a aprendizagem nas organizações, com ênfase em uma comunidade epistêmica de cooperação técnico-científica com sede no município de Salvador, Bahia. Ao se identificar o interesse pluridisciplinar sobre o processo de aprendizagem nas organizações, observou-se a introdução de modelos e teorias provenientes da ciência psicológica, embora esta utilização viesse sendo feita com pouco aprofundamento dos conceitos, ou enfatizando exclusivamente os aspectos cognitivos da aprendizagem. Partindo do pressuposto teórico de que as dimensões social e histórica associam-se aos processos individuais na relação de Aprendizagem, foram investigadas diferentes contribuições de teorias provenientes do campo da psicologia procurando relacionando-as ao contexto Organizacional. Com o intuito de enriquecer esta leitura, foram utilizadas referências dos estudos sobre redes organizacionais que enfatizam a noção de aprendizagem com foco em Comunidades Epistêmicas. Nesta tese, optou-se por enfatizar a concepção de aprendizagem sob a perspectiva da teoria sócio-histórica. A concepção epistemológica do estudo fundamentou-se no construcionismo, cujo enfoque prioriza a investigação da produção de sentido no cotidiano de pessoas historicamente situadas, sendo este processo constituído pela linguagem. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa em campo, realizou-se, inicialmente, um estudo piloto em uma rede de cooperação técnico-científica estabelecida formalmente no estado de Minas Gerais. Na seqüência do estudo, identificou-se a rede "foco" como o Instituto Baiano de Biotecnologia, localizado no município de Salvador, Bahia. As atividades do Instituto podem ser caracterizadas como regionais, dado que a participação de municípios baianos envolve cerca de 25 instituições em 13 diferentes cidades. Entre os objetivos dessa rede, formalizou-se a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de conhecimento entre os membros, caracterizando uma comunidade epistêmica passível de estudo. A estratégia metodológica envolveu a triangulação de métodos, com foco inicial em uma etapa primária de análise sociométrica, e, na seqüência, uma etapa aprofundada qualitativa. Também foram utilizadas a análise documental de material público e privado, e a análise da comunicação realizada entre os membros no período de 2003 a 2007 em um grupo de discussão pela Internet. Os resultados do estudo indicam uma nova forma de se compreender o sentido dado pelos membros à rede como estratégia para a aprendizagem, caracterizada por meio dos conceitos de transdiscursividade e desconfiguração, ambos originários desta pesquisa. A partir das práticas discursivas obtidas, os elementos implicados no estudo foram associados a três disposições lingüísticas: Aprendizagem associada ao "verbo"; Rede associada a "Sujeito" e "Substantivo"; e "Pesquisador" associado a "Adjetivo". Ainda sob a perspectiva conceitual, utilizou-se a obra "Odisséia" de Homero, da qual foi extraída a passagem do "Tecido de Penélope" (expressão presente na obra literária e utilizada por um dos entrevistados deste estudo). Metaforicamente, traçou-se um paralelo entre o mito e a aprendizagem em rede, a qual se constrói continuamente por meio de uma rede de sentidos transdiscursivos.pt_BR
